Our Job

At their state-of-the-art facility, the existing waterproofing system which was a Brickbat Coba and APP Membrane system had failed completely, due to which there was extensive water ingress from the roof into the highly hygienic production facility.

PFC was awarded this critical project to refurnish the entire existing waterproofing system on the roof, with the objective of permanently closing and seal all the leakages on their entire roof of the production unit. Sika’s unique Moisture Triggered Component (MTC) technology, which is a single component, cold liquid applied system that utilizes the atmospheric moisture to trigger the curing process to form a seamless, water resistant waterproofing membrane.

PFC achieved permanent water tightness in their roof and completely stopped the water intrusion and blocking the path of water penetration into the production facility.
